Graylog HTTP notification receiver. Deduplicates by alert definition, opens and auto-closes Jira tickets in project ALERTS, and emails on create, re-notify, and resolve.

Dedup & Ticket
One Jira ticket per event_definition_id + event.key. Repeats just bump a counter.
Auto-close
Each firing schedules a check 360s later. If no new firing arrives, the ticket is transitioned to Done.
Email
Sent to adam@wal-sys.com. Immediate on create and resolve; re-notify every 60m while open.
Webhook endpoint
Point Graylog HTTP Notification v2 at this URL. Include the shared secret in the X-Graylog-Secret header.
